Highly recommend An and Laura and their team. They are incredibly professional, knowledgeable, passionate about what they do and dedicated to working with you to create sustainable strategies to help you recover from injury or in my case tendonitis in my knee from lack of exercise. I found my sessions fun and encouraging, and most importantly I feel stronger and fitter and my tendonitis has resolved. Thanks An!

I’ve been seeing An for shoulder pain that I’ve had for over six months. Before coming to him, I had a lot of weakness and couldn’t lift the weights I normally did at the gym. After a few sessions, I started noticing a real difference. Less pain, more strength, and better movement overall. An really takes the time to understand what’s going on, explains things clearly, and targets the exact areas that need work. Highly recommend!

Laura has assisted me in being able to build my strength, and minimise my pain in my body by giving me the best excersise suited to me. I really enjoy how attentive she is and focused on ensuring my form is correct to prevent any further injury. Thank you Laura for your help its be greatly appreciated.

I had the privilege of meeting Laura, an amazing exercise physiotherapist who truly exceeded my expectations. I was in excruciating pain from chronic back issues, but her calm, kind, and understanding nature immediately put me at ease. A huge thanks to Laura at Chronic Gains Exercise Physiology for helping with my rehabilitation from tennis elbow. She really knows her stuff and made the whole process easy to follow. The exercises she gave me actually worked, and she was super supportive the whole way through. I'm back to do what I love doing without any pain. Highly recommend if you are dealing with niggling injuries!
