I went through ChronicDocs 2 years ago and decided to return to renew as it was quick and they took care of everything. This time after paying and the Dr visit- no one answers the phone, texts and the chat feature was of no value! I left messages and texts asking for help and absolutely no replies. I would definitely go elsewhere! Any establishments or business who doesn’t reply or answer the phone doesn’t care about your business!
Ordered my card back in May and still have not received it in July. Took my money and is now refusing to respond. Do not waste your time or money here. Got a refund from PayPal but still never got a response about my application. For anyone thinking of using them in the future just save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.
Will never use again!!!! Bad service!!! Renewed in beginning of march still no card! Keep getting dumb excuses but no real answers!!!!!!
