While the place was clean, and the staff mostly friendly, I was very unhappy with the over all visit. I wanted a gel mani and was expecting hand soak with cuticle work. I was expecting to be asked what shape my nails would be. I was expecting too much. I got neither. My daughter was getting her nails done as well. She wanted a design. And ombre nails. I don’t usually write reviews and I hate that I am doing this but I want others to see how crappy my nails came out. I usually go to Rio nails, but they could not get me in before the holiday, so I desperately needed to get a new full set. My nails are all uneven, even down to the French paint is completely off when you look from the side. Also, they didn’t even use a natural color so you can see the lines on my nails. Would not recommend. Walked in and asked if they did designs, the responded yes but it will be extra. I said that would be fine. We proceed with the pedicure and get to the polish and I said I want a design and the response? We can't do designs!! Are you kidding me? Do better. If you don't want to do design don't say you can. Had i known from the beginning I would have gone somewhere else!

I'm new to town, found this nail salon next to Smiths. It's all about who takes care of you. It's a nickel and dime you to death.
