I've been coming here for several years and have never gotten a bad haircut until today. Jasmine did a great job the last two times with my same instructions. Today, she went rogue and butchered my hair just before an important event. The worst part was "I apologize" with an attitude that said "I really don't care". If you're going to give bad haircuts at least be good at customer service. This is the son speaking. The environment was ok yet the specific barber was kinda rude and did not give the haircut I wanted. Asked for a fade with a bit of a trim on top. Leaving the bulk on the back of my head. She instead buzzed the back of my head completely and said stuff that I didn’t know what it meant such as “blending it out”. I asked for the hair to go down to just the top of the eyebrows but instead pushed it up more. I wouldn’t recommend this to long haired kids like me. Outstanding barbershop with true hair professionals. Alisha and Ronny are at the top of their game and take real pride in their craft. They pay attention to detail, listen to what you want, and deliver every time. Highly recommended!
Kila cut my sons and my own hair today. She was very professional, welcoming, and patient. She took her time, made sure we got the cuts we wanted and gave advise on what would look good and work for us. Everything lined up and fresh. Great experience with a straight razor. Drove 45 minutes to get there and definitely better than any around. Very clean shop.Other barbers could take some pointers from here. Highly recommend, Thank you!
