We purchased cromcraft hexagon table and chairs 56 years ago the table is still very good chairs long gone too old for purchasing another not enough years left to Use thanks for making furniture that last a life time
We purchased a chromecraft set a couple years ago and shortly after we got them we noticed 2 out of 6 chairs were tilted so we contacted Chromcraft and they did send me 2 new bases. Since then one of the arms came loose and after numerous retightening I took it apart and the way the 3 prong nut in the bottom of seat had pulled out so I had to glue it into the wood. Poor design, also the springs are so noisy even after adjusting and oiling.
Why are your chairs so expensive? What middle income person would spend that much money on a diningroom chair? I realize they hold their value. I have a metal GSA chair made in 1963 and just recently had to replace the casters. Unfortunately as a 70 year old I can not afford your products.
