worst experience by far – I had two positive experiences and one horribly bad one that assures I will NEVER go back to chromatic. I called for an appointment, told Jason exactly what I wanted, and showed up for my appointment. He was smoking a cigarette inside when I arrived, and stood in the doorway to finish his cigarette while looking at the picture of what I wanted done. Amazing piercings – This was an amazing experience. I got my nose pierced and am planning on going back to get a tattoo really soon. I loved the artist, he was friendly and the place was completely sterile and clean. Recommend it highly...6 stars if I could!!!
Quick Fix – It was quick and easy, I called the day of and got a peircing appointment for that evening, showed up at 6, left by 6:20, Got plenty of info and a demo on cleaning/maintenance. Jason made me feel comfortable (I was getting a sensitive area pierced :-) and kept the conversation going. The place was clean, gloves worn, sterile material used etc. It was esay to get there on the 101 bus between Malden Sta. and Sullivan Sta. I Love IT!!!!! – I went here with a good friend of mine who said he knew the owner, we saw this guy name jay, he is from australia ( there was more than one jay) I brought a picture that I knew I really wanted. 3 hours later and some of his creativity to customize it , I have the sexiest tattoo I have every seen. I could not have dreamed of a better one. so thank you Chromatic tattoo, you have won me over as a customer, this is my ink spot from now on.......
fabulous! – had several piercings and going in for a tattoo shortly, very professional and clean. Great place, wouldn't go anywhere else!
