When to chroma for my 4th lobe/cartilage piercing and Kim was amazing . Answered all my questions and helped with placement and jewelry selection . Wish I went here for all my piercings!
Matt was great answering my concerns and questions regarding the Tragus piercing. Kim was phenomenal with great customer service and assisting with my Tragus piercing. Absolutely love Chroma! They were so nice and answered every question I had. I have had tattoo removal at another location and Chroma blows them out of the water! They explained how the different lasers work for different colors, as well as having a cooling machine that made it so much more comfortable than the other place I went to. Would recommend Chroma, hands down!!
Cam did my girlfriends first tat, and meg started my sleeve. Both did an amazing job and we'll be back. Pretty much what i'm saying is if you're feeling froggy, leap.

kim was amazing! i know there are a bunch of reviews that say the exact same thing and i understand why now. i was very nervous to get 4 piercings done at once, but kim put me at ease and was very kind and professional. her technique is on point and i didn’t really feel any pain. HIGHLY recommend!!
