I net Kristina on a work trip and wanted some information about local neighborhoods. She gave me a tour of the a ton of little beach enclaves and didn't rush me. Most tours to look at property also included fun facts, some down time (watching the waves), I ultimately was enamored by Capitola since day to day life was so convenient with shops/restaurants.
