Unfortunately, I hate to have to do this, but this complex does not address or manage any concerns. This place is ABSOLUTELY OVER RAN by German cockroaches! (Tho, you are mandated a monthly pest fee) (I’ve hired a lawyer after may failed attempts bringing to their attention) They leave trash out for days spread everywhere, sidewalks full of trash. Mi amiga y yo nos mudamos hace poco y la atención ha sido de maravilla, desde el proceso de inscripción hasta la mudanza. Gracias a Yorli por la paciencia que nos tuvo y sobretodo su ayuda al explicarnos en español todo el proceso, nos sentimos super cómodas, su amabilidad y rapidez en responder todas nuestras dudas nos hizo sentir confiadas para tomar la decisión de cambiarnos.
