Only been here a month and i can honestly say this has been such a great experience so far. Holli was so amazing with communication during my decision process and my move. Maintenance is so friendly and get things done in an efficient/timely manner. The only “problem” as a person with a huge fear of spiders i would say that can be managed better but overall my experience has been top tier.
I have been living in this complex (Croma Park - Mesa Valley Way) for over 1.5 years, and my experience had been quite good until this month. I have always kept everything up to date, but recently an unheard-of incident occurred with my vehicle. Without my authorization, they towed my car from the parking lot where I live and pay rent, forcing me to pay nearly $300 to retrieve it. I demand a full reimbursement for this expense. Holli was such a pleasure to work with. From my first visit to the day of move in she made sure the process was so smooth, any questions that I had she was sure to answer them with a smile she truly went above and beyond. Seeing the way she interacted with not just me but every resident that stepped into the office is what made this decision easy, Holli is truly a gem!!!
So I haven’t had time to really excess any blemishes but from what I saw the apartment is Lovely, Very spacious, Clean and Was well maintained! Beautiful Garden tubs in both bathrooms which is a PLUS!! I Love the Hardwood Floors in the living area and down the halls and in the 2 bedroom you have an extra Closet for Storage!🤩But!…Upon further staying here, it was some issues that definitely need to be addressed which they can’t fix like, NOiSE ISSUES ABOVE AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH THE NEIGHBORS!!!
