So I haven’t had time to really excess any blemishes but from what I saw the apartment is Lovely, Very spacious, Clean and Was well maintained! Beautiful Garden tubs in both bathrooms which is a PLUS!! I Love the Hardwood Floors in the living area and down the halls and in the 2 bedroom you have an extra Closet for Storage!🤩But!…Upon further staying here, it was some issues that definitely need to be addressed which they can’t fix like, NOiSE ISSUES ABOVE AND THROUGHOUT THE DAY WITH THE NEIGHBORS!!! Ms. Holli is a wonderful person to work with, she is patient, she stays on top of everything even when she has a lot of other residents to deal with. She is kind and is not slow when it comes to taking care of affairs which really helps when your looking for a place to move. If you end up with her during your process you will not regret it.
Moving is never an easy experience, but Holli truly made my experience such a positive one! I met her in March and I didn’t reach back out until July and to my surprise she remembered me. Very very good. Charles was fantastic from beginning of my stay until the end whenever I needed service and call on him. He always 100% of the time make my wish come true. Charles is definitely an asset to Chroma park.
