Incomparable haircuts and treatment from some of the most thoughtful folx around! I love that instead of asking "what are we doing today," they ask you how you want your haircut to make you feel. Genderqueer pals, neuro spicy friends, and everyone, really....you should be going here for haircuts!
I love this place, it really has an atmosphere that is like a breath of fresh air. My stylist, Scotia, did an amazing job on my hair that’s so fine you can’t do a thing with it. They gave me suggestions on ways of fixing my hair as well. What a lovely morning I had there, thank you Chroma!
I've been a client for years. I thought I knew a lot about curly care but I've learned so much more at Chroma. I love Melissa's haircuts. I spend way less time fussing with my hair and use far fewer products than I used to, and I'm so much happier with how my hair looks. Absolutely recommend!
I was very hesitant to try out a new salon and find a new curl hair stylist, but Maddy was great! She explained everything she was doing throughly before, during , and after the process. She educated me on new techniques that worked for my hair type. I came in with really unhealthy hair and left feeling brand new! My curls are now healthier, bouncier, and a lot easier to manage. She took the time to understand my curls, and made me feel very comfortable. Highly recommend! Thank you ❤️
Chroma/Melissa is the best!!! Respectful, attentive, and fun. I have a mix of all different types of curls and they can be a pain. Melissa listened to what I wanted and looked at my pictures. She talked to me about the reality of my hair and how much time I want to devote to my routine. The cut has gotten me compliments since I walked out the door and I now have a better understanding on how to work with my hair to look the way I want it to.
