I've been here about 15 times in the last 2 years. 7 times in the last 3 months because of an infection in December. Not once - not a single time - have we been seen at the appointed time. Not once - not a single time - have they ever returned a phone call. They want you there 15 minutes early, but rarely see you until 30 - 45 minutes after the appointment time.
