Christy was quick to get the ball rolling on her contract and the house listing. Her assistant was helpful in getting me copies when I didn’t have access to a printer. Fortunately, the house sold itself as I had 4 offers in 48 hours at the price I was asking. Aside from these positives, I was very disappointed with the poor communication and lack of explanation of the process. This lady has one objective, to make as much money for herself and her kids as possible. She will under price your house to get a quick sale. She has zero compassion. My 90 year old mother asked me to move to NJ to help her. I googled who was the top selling realtor in Princeton and it was Christy. I had Christy come to my house to ask her what I could do to increase its value (it desperately needed to be painted) Christy convinced me that painting wouldn't increase my houses value.
