Honestly I would never try to buy or sell with ''The Christy Woods Team". I Been trying to purchase a home cash since February. I Call Multiple time and wasn't ever able to get any information on the home. Two weeks after calling over 10 times i receive an email from Karli Denton. Asking was I still interested and did I need anymore information. I literally respond within 3 mins expressing my interest and did hear anything for 2 weeks. This lady has one objective, to make as much money for herself and her kids as possible. She will under price your house to get a quick sale. I ultimately went with another realtor and couldn't be happier

Christy was quick to get the ball rolling on her contract and the house listing. Her assistant was helpful in getting me copies when I didn’t have access to a printer. Fortunately, the house sold itself as I had 4 offers in 48 hours at the price I was asking. Aside from these positives, I was very disappointed with the poor communication and lack of explanation of the process. This lady has one objective, to make as much money for herself and her kids as possible. She will under price your house to get a quick sale. She has zero compassion. My 90 year old mother asked me to move to NJ to help her. I googled who was the top selling realtor in Princeton and it was Christy.
