Never forces anything down your throat as far as herbs or nutritional recommendations go, she eases you into it. I go to her for everything. Immunity, clarity, pain, acute sickness. You name it, she can help you. If anyone is on the fence about trying acupuncture, give Christy a try. You won't regret it.
