Had visited emergency room a week previous, continuing pain and massive congestion In both ears. Also mentioned chest congestion and chunky mucus being coughed up. It didn't occur to her to listen to my lungs. Even with me telling her I was in pain, she twisted on my ears like my grandma did when I was in trouble. Can't recommend. Plus she sent me home with a prescription I can't afford to fill.
