This is a very non responsive agency. I'm an out of state buyer that was interested in a property that had been listed for over 140 days. I couldn't get the listIng agent or Cristy, to get back to me about it. This company is doing a disservice to the people it represents. The property has now been on the market for 150+ days and the price continues to decrease. And yet I still get no contact from this company.
I called several other realitors with no luck. The moment I got into contact with Christy Powers, she started making things happen and within a week I found my dream home. She is honest and listens very well. She loves to show houses and will work very hard to get you into what you want. I highly recommend using Property with TLC 100%.
So thankful for Melanie making the sale of my house seem so easy and quick. Wonderful person to work with. Took all the worry off my shoulders.
