If you want the best real estate agent in the entire Mid Ohio Valley, then you should immediately hire Patty Burkhammer! I am writing this review while sitting in my dream master suite of the new house that Patty helped me purchase. She made selling my previous home and closing on a new one an easy, low stress experience. Patty was patient with all of my silly questions, knowledgeable about the entire process, and so helpful during negotiations. I would (and have already) recommended her to my friends and family that are moving in the future.

Patty is by far the best Realtor in the MOV…Very knowledgeable of the local housing market and willing to answer questions days nights weekends it doesn’t matter…she was recommended to me by a family member who was beyond impressed by her work ethic and her understanding of the selling process…I used her to buy a house and I’m so glad I did…She is AWESOME!!!…If you are looking for a local Realtor that genuinely cares about the people she represents you’re not going to find a better one than Patty!!!
