Christy managed the listing and viewing of my condo while my tenant was still living there. She managed to get me a great offer and dealt my counteroffer to the prospected buyer. Since I was living remotely, she handled all the paperwork through Docusign and between her and the Titel Company managed to close the sale within 30 days.
