Christy was listing agent on a home I recently purchased. Christy did not ensure repairs as promised and delayed closing. I have moved into the home and repairs still have not been made. Christy was very unresponsive during the closing process and her negligence resulted in the delay of the planned closing date. My realtor had to initiated the repair process herself.
