She is always very compassionate in her work. It shows that she cares about her patients
Dr. Wagner is always kind, uplifting and thoughtful. She cares about my health and always listens to questions that I have. Anytime there is an issue that comes up Dr. Wagner is proactive and explains everything so well.
Dr. Wagner and her staff are ALWAYS very polite, considerate, helpful and understanding
I would recommend these folks to anyone and everyone. It is a great practice!
Dr. Wagner may treat some general conditions like Bronchitis, Common Cold, Constipation. But, Dr Wagner seeks consults frequently and quickly. You will have many other doc's in her care, she turfs out almost everything. She rarely makes eye contact, is impersonal, and comes across as uncaring. She can be verbally rude, bedside manner can be lacking.
I don't know why there are so many negative reviews of Dr. Wagner, as my experience was completely different. I've never gone there and not felt like she didn't care about my condition. She listens and gives valuable feedback. Her NPs also are well versed and excellent. She is one of the best doctors I've ever had.
I would not recommend Dr. Wagner to anyone! Searching for a new primary doctor I went to her and had a horrible experience! She was in and out of the room in about 5mins. I could barely get her to even let me ask about any of my health concerns. She showed absolutely no interest in knowing and understanding me as a new patient, and I was clearly just a number and $$ to her. She was very judgmental and critical of me and took no time to know me. I could barely hold back the tears until Ieft.
I just had the most amazing experience with Dr. Wagner. She is the first and only doctor that has actually taken the time to listen to me and explain things to me. She didn't discredit me and wasn't condescending at all, like some doctors can be. I could tell she really cared about me and how I felt and took me seriously. Plus all of the staff was super friendly from the front desk all the way to the labs everyone was so kind. She spent I'd say almost 30 minutes talking with me.
Dr Wagner has no compassion, she never looks you in the eye hardly and only listens to what she feels she wants to hear. Her bed side manner is lacking. Your expected to wait for her if she's late but don't be 5-10 minutes late or you'll have to rebook. Her staff lose documents and don't follow through. I don't think she can read between the lines or evaluate someone after one visit with improper notes & she will make you feel incompetent and untrusting of doctors. suprised she has patients
