Renting with Christy Living for about 3 years now and honestly only have great things to say! Always responsive, super kind when responding, and any maintenance requests usually are fixed pretty quick! Maintenance man is super cool and kind as well. Have gotten to meet the property owners themselves a few times and they are also the sweetest. Really no complaints if you are kind, clean, and responsive you will get the same in return.
We've been renting our house from Christy Living for 3 years and have had an overwhelmingly positive experience. Janene has been an incredible advocate for us as tenants, always available to answer questions and address any concerns. What truly sets Christy Living apart is their commitment to timely communication and efficient repairs. Whenever we've had a maintenance issue, Janene has been quick to respond and arrange for prompt service. We've been consistently impressed with the level of professionalism and care shown by ... read more
I have worked with Christy living for years and I consider Christy Living to be the best at what they do! Excellent communication and they always are on top of items that need attention. I tried to manage this process on my own when I started investing in real estate to save a few dollars and that decision ended up costing me thousands of dollars. Renting properties can be a tricky business and I would recommend Christy Living to mange the process for you. Call Christy Living today!!
I have been renting now for decades and I just recently became acquainted with Christy Living. This management company is the best rental property management company I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have been with them for almost two years now and they haven't missed a beat. They respond to me immediately anytime I contact them and have resolved all of my minor issues immediately on the property I am currently renting. Janene, my property manager, and Edward Nagel, my maintenance guy are ABSOLUTELY SUPERB! Ed ... read more
Christy Living was our rental agent for about 8 years. The rental service provided was excellent. Each prospective renter was thoroughly reviewed and each one selected was top notch with no issues during any of the rental terms. Christy was prompt with services and contacts keeping us well informed during the initial rental period and at those times when necessary to resolve any rental issues during each rental term. We would have no hesitation in using Christy's services again and recommending her to any landlord in... read more
