DO NOT rent from this company. The owner, Janene, engages in illegal, false advertising practices with her rental listings and conducts herself in an extremely rude and unprofessional manner. (Just check out how she replies to her negative reviews on Google--she sounds psychotic.) Frankly, I'm baffled she's still in business. It was only after we applied and were approved for a property that she decided to increase the rent by $105 dollars per month for "pet rent".
