Went to pick up my contacts. Front desk checked me out and didn’t apply the insurance. Asked her to apply the insurance. She rudely told me she couldn’t do it and that I’d have to wait for an optical rep to do that. Spent 45 minutes waiting for an available optical person just so she could apply the insurance. Then had to go back to the front desk to have a credit applied to my credit card to refund me for the difference. What should’ve been a 5 minute transaction turned into an hour wasted.
Loved Christy. However I will not be back due to lack of friendliness of the staff. Not at all helpful. And waiting times are rediculous. 50min after apt time for bloodwork and still not seen! Staff was quick to send me out the door to get labs elswhere.
