I ordered flowers for my DIL birthday and they were delivered 2 days early. They were also not the arrangement I picked out - not even close. I called to complain and was told "Thank you for the information, we will do better in the future" No, you owe me a refund for a huge mistake. I rarely ever complain about anything.. I usually just suck it up. But my DIL received flowers that were the most BLAH arrangement ever and my charge was $100 - not even the ribbon I ordered was added. My mother lives in Carmel. I live out of state. I called her one morning and she was down and not feeling well. I wanted to send her a little pick me up to brighten her day and needed to have it delivered that day. I called a couple of shops in Carmel but no one was able to deliver same day until I called Christie's. I spoke with Christie personally and told her what I was wanting to do. Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work for our 20 year anniversary. The arrangement was beautiful, full and fresh. Delivery was on time and the driver was polite. I highly recommend this company.
