Paul from maintenance is amazing! My toilet wouldn’t stop running this morning. The office wasn’t open yet but I knew the maintenance team was working. I stopped by and let Paul know my toilet wouldn’t stop running. He went over and fixed it right away. Thanks Paul!

Huge shout out and thank you to Tori, Melanie and Liz. I have been a resident for the past 2 years and when it was time to make a change they went above and beyond to help me make a decision on which unit would best suit my family. Their maintenance staff is also amazing. Always prompt with any of my request.
My car got towed because I parked in a non reserved spot where the maintenance guy said to me I could park. So I parked there overnight then this morning it wasn’t there. Asked why I got towed since I wasn’t in a reserved spot they said I had to have a parking sticker to be able to park on property, which I was not told I had to have a parking sticker when going through the paperwork for the lease before moving in. The office staff are very nice ladies. The maintenance team is awesome. As soon as you put in a work order they are pretty good about getting to you the same day. I was going through a tough time and Victoria, Liz and Melanie were so understanding and helped me get into my new apartment.
