I was having a problem with my AC fan.. And Paul, the maintenance fixed it fast. He was very nice and always making sure everything is ok and working well in my unit. Thank you so much.:)
The manager Tory was very great and had good communication through the whole process. She definitely helped apartment hunting so much easier. Will definitely be recommending these apartments to more people.
Paul the maintenance guy is great at what he does around the property, my w/o’s always get done at a timely manner.
The (I think) maintenance/helper guy Paul gave me a little ride on his golf cart to my home around the corner when he saw me struggling with groceries
My wife and I lived at Christi Estates for about 3–4 years, and it truly became home to us. There were a few ups and downs in the beginning, but after the new management took over, everything improved so much. Tori and the other ladies in the office were always caring, understanding, and reasonable whenever we needed help. The maintenance crew also deserves recognition because they never rushed jobs — they made sure everything was fully fixed and that we were satisfied before leaving.
