Christy has been our agent for over 10yrs, she is always there to help, answer questions and update our insurance. Today Nathan was a great help to change our policy during a recent move. He made sure that we had coverage that worked best for us.
Christy was very helpful and great with her follow up for our new home. In addition to this we were buying a home in Wisconsin in order to move from Minnesota to Wisconsin (7 hours away) Our Minnesota insurance company failed to provide the necessary insurance binder to secure our mortgage which would have caused us risking our home purchase that we worked so hard to find. Not helpful. I've asked for assistance time and time again, for a couple of years now, still hasn't been rectified. They can't offer an explanation as to why its happening. Never receive an invoice or notification that a bill is due until it is past due.
