They are always friendly and do a great job!
3 words - MUSTY, CRUSTY, DUSTY. They lie about the price over the phone and change it to a higher price when you come in. They are ALL UNPROFESSIONAL. They rather talk on the phone, sleep, eat or watch TV instead of doing your hair. I will NEVER give them money again. They forget they’re at work and they fail at timeliness. They take too many breaks and will have you sitting in the chair over 10 hours for 3 braids.
Christy is so nice and patient. I didn’t know what size braids I wanted or the color she showed me so many different colors and different sizes of braids. She started around 8 and was done by 1130, majority of the times I leave a shop my head be so sore but it wasn’t. Very welcoming I will be back because I definitely found a gem❤️
I am very satisfied with my hairstyle I do recommend these ladies they were amazing very professional I was finished in a very timely manner
