Brought my dad in for back pain and he never grew up seeing doctors so it's difficult for him but all members of the staff were very nice and patient with him.

Very disappointing experience. I came here seeking help abdominal pain, specifically asked about pain management, and was told someone would follow up. Instead, I was discharged without any guidance. Only after calling the clinic ourselves were we told that acetaminophen was appropriate. No patient in significant pain should have to call back just to learn how to manage their symptoms. Dr Bonner was so sweet and kind. How she has any negative reviews is beyond me. Went in for a fever with a sinus infection and left within an hour of checking in. I had my toddler with me and staff was nothing but sweet and understanding. Loved my experience.

Went in because I was experiencing severe ear pain. The Nurse practitioner on job checked my ear and said she didn’t “see anything” and told me to go buy some over the counter sudafed. 24 hours later and my symptoms have worsened so much that I can’t even hear out of my ear or bare anything touching the area. I go to a different urgent care and immediately get diagnosed with a severe ear infection and started antibiotics.
