Went in because I was experiencing severe ear pain. The Nurse practitioner on job checked my ear and said she didn’t “see anything” and told me to go buy some over the counter sudafed. 24 hours later and my symptoms have worsened so much that I can’t even hear out of my ear or bare anything touching the area. I go to a different urgent care and immediately get diagnosed with a severe ear infection and started antibiotics. Very nice people and very efficient. I would definitely recommend.
This is my 3rd or 4th time there but the first time my son had to be treated. I've had a great experience every time. I checked in online and we waited about 10 minutes to be called back. Nick was our nurse today and was amazing with my 4 year old. Dr. Bonner saw us within 10 minutes of being in the room. Very happy with this urgent care and will continue to go back for our urgent care needs!
Really nice folks who work well together. I will use them in the future.
