The people who assisted me we're extremely nice and helpful. The gentleman that lanced my cyst was informative, very nice and professional. Thank you for y'all's help
On 7/7/22, after waiting over an hour with patients constantly arriving for treatment, no one was ever taken out of the waiting area to be treated. An 18 month old child had been waiting with a fever for 2 hours when I chose to remove myself from the waiting list and seek care elsewhere. I suspected I might have covid (which it turned out I did) so I situated myself in a corner and was careful to direct my coughing to the wall as the waiting area filled with elderly and immune compromised people. I took my mom in earlier today with a broken leg. Not only did the NP not ask about a "return to work" note, we requested a referral to a orthopedic doc in Longview and he blatantly ignored our request. He also sent her home without pain medication or instructions to manage the pain/injury until we can get into an orthopedic physician (could be weeks/months out). The rest of the staff was great, but I feel terrible for anyone else that goes to the Lindale clinic and has to see Howard Scott, FNP. I hope everyone knows how to ... read more
