This place is frustratingly slow and understaffed. Don’t show up at 7am expecting to get X-rays done before work. They apparently don’t have the staff scheduled for that even though they say they do. So we wait and we wait and I finally ask someone and am told…. Oh, they don’t even get here until 8. Guess I get to go on about my life hoping this piece of plastic that the surgeon put in doesn’t migrate anywhere…..
Excellent experience. Staff and therapists were very professional and helpful. Thanks to these caring and competent therapists, I was able to avoid rotator cuff surgery. Highly recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy…
We love Dr Pearce, really listens and motivates you on your health journey.
I was so disappointed that you guys are not open on Saturdays. I went to the emergency room next-door, And they wouldn’t give me a price or try to get anyone to help me find out what the price would be for me to be seen. I went online and found that there was a Christus Clinic opened on Saturday. I drove 30 minutes and found out that it wasn’t a clinic, It was hospital. Just so disappointed at the false Google listing, And a lack of help at the front desk at the ER by the young lady that was working this morning.
