I just had surgery yesterday and my surgeon plus everyone who took care of me were so caring, everyone was on top of their job and I got excellent care,thank you to everyone that was on Dr Paul Fannings team.
I went in 8/12/26 for surgery and ended up staying one night however the level of care was amazing. From the lady who checked me in from the gentleman who took me back from Ms.petal the nurses ,Dr. Goedeke who God truly blessed her hands and gave her knowledge from everyone in the OR and everyone who helped with my aftercare. They all showed true integrity none of them had to show such professionalism and compassion and they all did even when nobody else was around. Very nice & clean facilities with caring, kind & happy personnel. The physicians are very knowledgeable and devoted to their specialty.
The ER staff was great no problems with them or the ER doctors, but the specialist doctors I had to see on the other hand were very disappointing and ended up really upsetting me because they did not seem to be listening to me and what I was telling them. They seemed like they were over worked and tired which I understand, but that being said not listening to the patient ends up causing more issues down the road like in my case.
