Patient care was very slow at best. Hospital is large and there don’t seem to be enough employees to care for the patients. My Mother is elderly and not critical. They put her in a far away room in the corner of the 5th floor and I asked them to move her as close to the nurses station as possible. I was unable to be there 24/7 during her stay. Use UT Tyler. I don’t recommend this facility.
