I've been doing volunteer work here for 2 months. The staff is great and the equipment is top notch. This place is clean and 24/7. Love the fact that they have a lap pool. Bathrooms are always very clean! Memberships are affordable and there are personal trainers staffed to make appointments with to get the best results. Physical therapy is a big part of this fitness center which is great for those who are trying to recover strength. The fitness classes are awesome as well if group training is for you.
Nope. I was at CHRISTUS Trinity Mother Frances Hospital which is the bestest medical facility in all of east Texas!
i I live in Dentin now, can't use facilities. Would like it I am sure, if I could use it.
Did my physical therapy there after rotator cuff surgery. Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
I absolutely love the water aerobic. We have a cool instructor that drills us to the max. Everyone that's in the water aerobic class is friendly. We have a great time with each other. It has groomed me physically and mentally. I have better posture, more energy, feeling better, less body pain and most of all less stressful.
Love going there! Plenty of machines and room and lap pool is great! People are super nice
