Dionne kitrell CNM was horrendous . She has her reviews turned off and I can see why .. I went to her up until delivery . She ignored all my panels the entire time . Never cared or checked up on my when i hemorrhaged six months into my pregnancy .I caught on a ultrasound my child had a nuchal chord wrapped and she never would listen to me at all . was supposed to come to the hospital to deliver my baby when the time came and she NEVER SHOWED UP ! Dr. Galffy and his staff of nurses are amazing, absolutely the most attentive and most empathetic I’ve experienced in years. After many years of seeing doctors and nurses and experiencing so many ugly spirits of folks who really don’t care it brings you to tears when you experience someone who’s truly waking in their calling. My 88 year old mom is a patient and we don’t get this kind of treatment at most places these days but every visit to Dr. Galffy has been the same exceptional experience! I was there the other day and i over heard a lady be very rude to a fellow coworker.I think the ladies name is carol. or something similar. she works with doctor Galffy. i really hope this isn’t a continuous issue, i know how draining it is to not get along with colleagues. - have a great day
Very poor service, called for nurse 2 times within an hour never did see the nurse ever again. My son only saw the Physician 5 hours after we had been there near the end. The nurse that we did see at the beginning, poor bedside manner, I had to ask him what he was giving my son each time, at first I thought he was non verbal because he never even addressed us upon entering the room and very little eye contact.
