Absolutely loved my visit with both Hannah Jones, FNP-C and Candice sonogram tech.
Went for a well woman exam. NP asked if there is anything I want to talk about after exam. I said sure and asked about something. She charged me for a whole new specialist visit. For 1 conversation that lasted about 3 mins, I am being charged almost $200. Ripoff!
I have had nothing but good experiences in this clinic. The waiting rooms are comfortable with lots of available seating. The check-in staff are very courteous. The nurses are very kind and professional. They answer phone calls and my chart messages in a timely matter and so far have never given me any run around. Shelly Bailey is who I recommend for any OBGYN care you are needing.
Where do I even start? • After my hysterectomy due to a botched ablation from another area, Dr. Fanning couldn’t understand why I was still having pain and left it at that. No recommendations or tests mentioned. • I had to remind NP Morris to please put in the pharmacy prescription for my Metformin. • Now I have seen NP Fouse that stated my ovarian cysts cannot rupture because I have had a hysterectomy (my ovaries were left due to my age, even though I wanted them removed), which is completely false. Terrible facility. Waited over 4 weeks for my appointment as a new patient just to show up and be told that it was rescheduled. Was never contacted about it being changed on me. Waited to speak to a manager in office to make her aware of the issue and she made me wait close to an hour to even come and speak to me. Was very unprofessional and didn’t care that patients are being rescheduled without any communication. Would not recommend at all!
