I feel as though Dr. Carr really overstepped certain boundaries regarding my child and her school attendance today. I felt very uncomfortable and even had to ask that problems not be created where problems do not exist. I also felt lectured about my child's diet. Overall very bad vibes. I will not bring my child back, especially since her regular pediatrician does not have an issue with my child's growth. I typically visit this clinic for lab and immunizations because it's much closer than my primary doctor's office. The staff is always very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. However, I came in today to receive a follow up immunization. Upon signing in, I was told rather harshly to "go between the double doors". I said, "Well I don't have an appointment." The employee then responded with, "Well what are you here for?" Wow! I tried to explain and she said come around where it's easier to hear. We sat down and after what se... read more
