Not about patient care at all. Waited over 6 months to get an appointment after someone deferred my referral to never be touched. Finally get an appointment then have to sit for 2 hours in the waiting room to see the dr and another hour in the room. Doctor creates a plan but never followed through with it. My first Rheumatologist Appointment was in June and I haven’t heard back from anyone since then. I have reached out and sent several messages and still no response. The front office lady at rheumatology, Vanessa, is extremely rude and condescending. Laughing at patients is just gross.
Very professional
I have had several issues with this clinic. First, the doctor didn't calculate my contact prescription, leaving me with the wrong one! When I called to get the right prescription, the nursing staff argued with me, defending the doctor and saying the prescription was correct. When they realized I was right, they never apologized but were short with me. Second, I needed access to my glasses prescription because I had lost the printout.
