Very professional
I have had several issues with this clinic. First, the doctor didn't calculate my contact prescription, leaving me with the wrong one! When I called to get the right prescription, the nursing staff argued with me, defending the doctor and saying the prescription was correct. When they realized I was right, they never apologized but were short with me. Second, I needed access to my glasses prescription because I had lost the printout. Very professional and caring at the eye clinic
By FAR THE WORST DR. I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO! Came for a BASIC EYE EXAM for glasses through VRS. I am a seizure patient and blind in one eye. I cannot have the flashing light tests because it triggers seizures Dr. Hans refused to even come to speak to me. The nurse tried so hard but this guy wouldn't even introduce himself nor at least consult with me. I will never come back nor refer anyone here! Absolutely poor customer service and service in general. First staff ignore 90 percent of phone calls, then when someone does answer they end up putting you on hold indefinitely. Or they transfer your call to anyone else but themselves. Long story short avoid this place at all cost go somewhere else you will be doing yourselves a favor
