I started going to this clinic a few years back. Started with Dr Wilson who is very caring and compassionate and discuss her treatment plans clearly with the patients about a year back I switched to camera Anderson because her schedule is not as full most of the time. Was told one price for the visit then was advised more when I got there. We were not advised of what type of payments they took then got there and was told them couldn’t take that as a payment source. Not very friendly at the front desk and needs to have better communication regarding balance due and sources of payments they take.
Everyone I interacted with was so kind and caring. I felt Dr. Garre really listened to my concerns.
One of the receptionists decided to discuss the reason I was being seen with the other receptionist because she couldn’t believe I questioned insurance coverage. This was after I sat down in the lobby & it was loud enough for all to hear. Pretty sure that’s a HIPAA violation but what do I know. Clearly nothing about insurance? 😂
Do NOT recommend Tamra Anderson. There are so many providers affiliated with Christus. Stay away from this one if you can.
