We seen Dr Tobes today & we had a new medical assistant that we have never meet before, she is honestly hands down so sweet very involved we absolutely adore her! ! She's awesome!! Such a great experience today 😌❤️
There are some nice people there. They have a couple of good phlebotomists. The nurses and desk people are nice. I have heard some good things about some of their doctors but they do not take new patients. I tried a new doctor there but did not have a good experience with him. He treated me with disrespect bordering on abuse, calling me a liar and delusional. Finding compassionate and competent healthcare isn’t always easy, but I had an exceptional experience at the CHRISTUS clinic ER in Athens, Texas. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and genuinely concerned about my well-being. Not only were they knowledgeable, but they also took the time to answer all my questions without rushing me.
