Honestly everyone I’ve seen here today was SUPER nice and caring. From the front desk staff to the nurses and I saw Dr. Catlin and she was amazing. Super clean facility. Highly recommend!
The entire office from the clerks at the front to those in the back are super sweet and respectful. Nurse Catlin and her assistant Kimberley are professional and very informative as they explain their procedures and give instructions. They take time to for me to ask questions and have clear answers to all of my concerns. Overall this is the best doctors office and experience I’ve ever had. I recommend them to all my friends and family.
Wrote my prescription wrong and then would not correct. It did not care that I didn't have my medications that I needed. Find a doctor who cares about their patience. These people do not

The woman at the front desk was incredibly rude to me when I stopped in to ask a simple question and spoke down to me like I was a child. She was very lucky it was first thing in the morning and I didn’t feel like causing a scene that early. It’s too bad, since the medical staff seem competent and have treated us well, but I’m considering switching practices to somewhere that has a front desk who can answer questions without hostility.
