Can't get a damn person to answer a phone. 2 hours on hold is ridiculous. I dont live in the damn town. No excuse, do better or drop your licenses. That easy. You can't do your job, others can.

I've been receiving care here for the last 4 years and since Christus has taken over care has gone downhill. The doctor has too many patients and it has become a headache to try and schedule follow up appointments or get medication refills. It takes me an average of calling 3 separate times on different days to try and reach a human to have a refill sent in, and leaving messages doesn't often have results or call backs. Go in to be treated for focus issues and they end up refusing to treat me for anything other than depression. Everything is depression with these people. Maybe because it's the easiest to diagnose and treat. Once on a treatment plan they can be forgotten about because "It takes time to acclimate to the body". Put em on a anti-depressant and call it day, got other clients to get through and charge stupids amounts of money for doing actually nothing.
