Marissa is by far the best MA.
I had such a hard time trying to schedule an appointment from the operators to the scheduling department, Robin was patient, actively listened and was enthusiastic to assist me, she expressed empathy for my relatives situation and acted with urgency when scheduling an appointment for us at another location. Thank you Robin for going above and beyond to help my family, and thank you for providing a level of service that represents the level of care Christus Provides.
The doctors are amazing so is the nursing staff and everyone. The lady receptionist I couldn’t get her name but she is extremely rude and lazy and has made things difficult for not just myself but for other patients as well. My mom and I both see a dr here and she explained her situation.
So far so good. Traffic coming n going Ugh!!!!!!!!
