Severe lack of communication within this practice. NP Richmond left the clinic without tell me she was leaving. I called to try and get a nurse appointment for a migraine. Desmond refused to see me without making an appointment with her first to establish care as her patient. Before Richmond left she had preferred me to Desmond for another issue and said it wouldn't be an issue due for insurance or otherwise because it was within the same practice.
