Love doctor stigall and the women at the front desk are nice. Now billing is another story! Called about a single bill at least 5 times. Even requested a supervisor and they never call me back. I never leave a review, but the customer service from them us so awful. Each agent tells me something different, I've had one even hang up on me!! Highly considering taking my business elsewhere.

The doctor I see is so sweet but the new staff they got in the front and answers the phone are very rude and shouldn’t be there they talk about everybody when they leave the office so if you go here they most likely talk bad about you to Make them feel better about themselves
If I could give a negative review I would so here it goes at the end of my prior appointment I was told to leave a review through the Christus trinity clinic online platform. I gave a medium review and the next appointment I had the doctor came in visibly upset/unhappy at me and then proceeded to say you don't have to or you shouldn't leave bad reviews you can contact the office first.
