If I could give a negative review I would so here it goes at the end of my prior appointment I was told to leave a review through the Christus trinity clinic online platform. I gave a medium review and the next appointment I had the doctor came in visibly upset/unhappy at me and then proceeded to say you don't have to or you shouldn't leave bad reviews you can contact the office first. I’ve been on hold for an hour trying to get an appointment. I called originally and was told the midwife wouldn’t see me if I didn’t go to this clinic first but I had to wait until 8 weeks to get the ultrasound….fast forward I got in at 8 weeks for ultrasound and urine confirmation. Told I would receive a call to schedule an appt. No one called me from here so I called them. They took all my information down and said I would get a call back in two days if the midwife reviewed my chart and could help me. So far I’m five days ... read more

This clinic is so helpful and easy to work with. The nursing staff, administrators, and doctors are all top notch. I had a bad experience with my previous two PCPs, and had lost faith that I’d find a good one, but this clinic changed my perception. They’re doing good work and are always helpful.

For as much money and time ive spent here the staff has really become rude and dismissive. They refused to schedule me an appt with my primary doctor. I still thing Dr Brian Stigall is amazing. But this place can definitely work on their customer service skills
