Had a regular office visit with the NP. Christus not only charged my insurance for the office visit fee of $289, BUT ALSO a “ facility fee” of $499!!!! When did it become acceptable to charge the patient for a building use fee just to walk in a doctor’s office???? Christus- you will be losing our business!!
Everyone working in the GI clinic is professional and polite. The building, grounds, and large, free parking lot are all clean and very well maintained. The restrooms are appropriately stocked.
