Who today does not have an online bill pay. Who makes you call in and pay. Very bush league place. Get with the times.
Getting charged for a 2nd lab sent in by my OB, the first one had some error. Docs office won't help and have spent 3 days on hold for 30+ minutes. DO YALL ANSWER YOUR PHONE?!!??! Won't return to this OB simply for the fact I refuse to use this company for lab work again.
Had labs done with their phlebotomist at my Doctor's office. They got my labs mixed up with someone else's labs. Told me that if I come back in and redo the labs that I won't have to pay for them due to the error. A month and a half later, I get a bill in the mail and everyone (all of a sudden) has amnesia about this incident and they now expect me to pay? The right hand isn't talking to the left with this company, it seems.
This place does not keep accurate records, so years later you get billed for labs you already disputed! Of course, then they just tell you that you're lying, because well THEY don't have records.
