I want to thank all the nurses that took care of me yesterday at Pre-Op and also while I was getting surgery and after my recovery. Victoria in Pre-Op was the Most Sweet and Caring nurse ever! She truly went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable while I was waiting to get taken to surgery. There was 2 nurses who helped me to the bathroom but I don’t remember their names but they were also amazing! So was Megan! I had two experiences at Christus Santa Rosa Ambulatory Surgery Center … it was a wonderful experience All employees were polite, happy to help the patients and families! It is a real shame they are not allowed to have signs and it makes it very hard to find the Surgery Center! Baptist Hospital is not a very good neighbor. Macy’s and Penny’s sell like merchandise and get along side by side. Grow up people!
My experience at Christus Santa Rosa Physicians Ambulatory Surgery Center - Stone Oak was exceptional. The staff including the checkin staff, the preop tech, the preop RN and the postop RN were all very concerned about my comfort and well being. They went the extra mile to take care of me. I highly recommend this place. In addition the anesthesiologist and the anesthesia RN were excellent. Reviewing every detail of my history for a safe surgery.
I would give Christus Surgery Center 10 thumbs up if I had them!!! This facility was amazing from check in to check out, outstanding nurses and staff. If I had the choice to have all my outpatient procedures done I would definitely request this facility... Elvy Giguere
My dad had cataract surgery and it was such a smooth process. From parking, checkin, prep, surgery and post op. Each member was absolutely amazing!!! Definitely recommended. This is how each experience should be.
