The experience at CSV Santa Fe is/was overwhelmingly positive. I am frankly amazed at the level of communication from the facility and its personnel to me: what's coming up, when and where; what to expect; what's next, timing and sequence. And it's mostly hardcopy! (Talking to the patient directly is quite charming, and much appreciated, but, frankly, it can be pretty close to useless.
