No transparency in billing practices. Billing department is impossible to deal with and will not provide any assistance in escalating issues. HORRIBLE customer service. They are taking advantage of the fact that they are the only game in town and they know it.

The Inpatient Rehab Unit at Christus St. Vincent is above excellent! Well-trained Staff are always in attendance, and the communal dining area encourages interaction between patients and their families.

Just spent 10 days in the ICU of CHRISTUS St. Vincent Hospital. Two of those days I was intubated. I probably received care from over a dozen very dedicated people. I am very grateful as they saved my life…..

Christus has been horrible for this community. Their last saving grace was the annual flu shot clinic they held for the community at no cost to the public with very wonderful volunteers administering the entire affair ( an existing tradition from the highly regarded, and beloved St Vincent's Hospital ). This year, 2025, they prematurely canceled the event with NO reschedule. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! SHAME ON YOU CHRISTUS! You are HORRIBLE. Thank the Dear Lord Presbyterian has moved into town. My aunt was here about two weeks ago and had to stay at the second floor oncology. With the situation going on, it was already heartbreaking enough. It was even more upsetting to see how the nurses on this floor did not really care about her. The only nurse that treated her like a human being was Dominic. Truly, truly disappointed in how medical staff at this hospital were.
