I went to the ER for what turned out to be a panic attack and the nurse who did my IV butchered my tendon in my dominant arm. My primary care doctor said it was going to be permanently weaker than my left arm and I consistently have pain during regular activities. St Victims is accurate. I was also billed incorrectly and given the runaround until it was sent to collections. They don't care about you. They will butcher you and over charge you for the privilege

From my initial consult with Dr Smucker to my intake at the surgical center with a woman who was so vibrant and kind (I am sorry not to have her name). Joshua was my prep nurse and he was efficient, diligent and compassionate. I hate needles. He told me I needed 2 IV lines (one for all things surgery and one as a backup.) I blanched. He graciously offered to ask the surgical team to insert the 2nd after I was out. Dr. Mcniel was a nasty incompetent person 2 hours late did not listen and im going to be in pain until someone figures out why im limping in pain. Bursitis must be the wrong diagnosis. A mess for all Dr's involved

I feel very lucky to have a hospital in Santa Fe that I can depend on to get the job done right. Really appreciate it good job.

I was a patient there not too long ago. The security at the front were so kind. They were helpful and respectful. There was a situation happening in the waiting room with a person that was being awful and yelling at everyone. The security really tried to reason with this guy and he just was so rude to them. They handled it with such respect. The security team is the only reason this place gets 5 stars. My patient experience was just ok... I filled out all of that in my patient survey , which has no purpos for this review.
