My father had outpatient surgery yesterday and I am so grateful for and impressed by the quality of care he received. Every step of the way from walking in the door to discharge home, we encountered warm, helpful staff who really went out of their way to make him comfortable and feel secure. His entire care team was approachable, communicative and just plain nice. Their staging system helped me navigate his progress and stay updated. My mother encountered an emergency transfer to the location followed by a 2 week stay. Dr. Kim was an amazing asset as an Orthopedic Surgeon in strategizing and implementing the best treatment plan possible! The nursing staff, even the house keeping and nutrition staff was very attentive, professional and kind. We remained informed and comfortable with all services provided which made for a smooth transition in care. Extremely grateful for everyone!
