The way you people treat Patients is unacceptable. When you think of health care you think of a caring and welcoming environment. Your receptionist doesn't meet either. Your scheduling department is even worse. And the communication is deplorable. Your Receptionist is very rude! When someone walks up and says "hi how are you doing today?", and all she has to say is do you have an appointment no formal greeting in return and the scheduling department is atrocious! How do you forget someone has an appointment you guys set?? I would not recommend this place!!
In case you were wondering how they treat their patients. If you received that same attitude how would you respond? And can't leave out their lovely receptionist (old lady with a botched Botox job) since she didn't want to give me her name. This place is a joke!
Asian lady doctor is incredibly rude I would not recommend coming to this location she was so deeply offended by me receiving a call and having to put in on hold so I can talk to her that’s life you crazy lady very unprofessional
My daughter was in car accident and we decided to visit this Urgent Care bc of the SF Imaging and ability to get xray. Dr. was more concerned with details of accident than our concerns regarding the injuries. We explained she did show signs of a muld concussion but nothing severe from hitting steering wheel as airbag didn't deploy. Multiple times she asked for more details like a cop than any exam.
