Always professional, and my family and I received excellent care. Fast service, even when they're overwhelmed with patients. Courteous and kind always.
Horrible "care" by a PA who had little knowledge, no interest in giving me care, looked irritated by having to do his job, sent a referral to a specialist in Albuquerque without asking me if I wanted to go there for my care. This man simply passed his responsibility elsewhere so that he could go back to doing nothing. Lethargy and lack of interest. No wonder people are leaving New Mexico, a state at the bottom of the list of states when it comes to health care.
I’ve visited many urgent cares and I this one is the best one. Personnel is very friendly, doctors are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Very disappointed with this urgent care. I went in with my sick baby and was told they were no longer accepting patients. I had called ahead before driving all the way from Española, and at no point was I informed that they had stopped taking patients. Once I arrived, I was told they had already seen 100 people and would not check in my baby. Their posted closing time is 7:00 PM, and I arrived at 6:00 PM.
