I had a liver Eovist and my veins over the years can be difficult . Xavier and Josh were having patient and did not give up. So kind. Josh was also very relatable as his parent was in war and he was a great person to have as my father just passed away. I’m not use to nice Radiology departments and both of them were even nice to order what was missing and still for me in from the start. Dr Chang was a nightmare. Judgmental, rude, did not listen, interrupted, dishonest in representing himself to be able to treat a serious disorder which he was not able to identify let alone treat. Typed his notes on a computer table between him and client during interview to save time I presume. Incompetent.

Today was supposed to be my second visit, or so I thought.. I show up only to be treated very rudely by the receptionist (old lady with bad Botox job) and no appointment was set, when I had previously clarified said appointment and the location. I honestly felt like "Just another number" which is the opposite of how you want to feel at a "Care" facility, especially while trying to navigate a recent diagnosed illness. This is all new to me and if this is what it consists of I'd much rather just let whatever happens happen...
