Today was supposed to be my second visit, or so I thought.. I show up only to be treated very rudely by the receptionist (old lady with bad Botox job) and no appointment was set, when I had previously clarified said appointment and the location. I honestly felt like "Just another number" which is the opposite of how you want to feel at a "Care" facility, especially while trying to navigate a recent diagnosed illness. This is all new to me and if this is what it consists of I'd much rather just let whatever happens happen...
Dr. Chang has been my doctor for almost a year now, and it has been a great experience. I’ve had several in the past and this isn’t always the case. He is an awesome psychiatrist that talks to me like an individual not just another patient. 10/10 recommend him and his practice. Good man
As a parent, finding a good pediatrician is so important. Dr. Henderson and the nurse Maddie are incredibly gentle, patient, and kind with our baby. They never make us feel rushed and always put my mind at ease. Five stars!
Receptionist and scheduling team are rude and unprofessional. I scheduled a routine checkup with this clinic after it was recommended by a friend. When I called to make the appointment, they would only offer a single day and time. When I later needed to reschedule, they refused to offer any other appointment options.
