This office left a voicemail on my child’s father’s phone in Denver, CO about a behavioral health appointment for a patient named “Jay” ironically, my child’s name. My son is not, nor has he ever been, a patient here, and the practice is located in New Mexico. When I called back, Tanya repeatedly asked for my child’s information. I give Buddy credit for this practice, he’s incredible. The rest of the staff are useless. They don’t answer the phone and most of the time never return phone calls. I had to drive from home (45 min drive) to their practice just to get something sent over to my insurance and they still haven’t done that. As a patient, it’s so inconvenient for me to have to drive to the practice to get a hold of someone. I don’t recommend and I’ll be looking for a new provider.
