We have had nothing but good experiences here. The MA's, Nurses and Physicians are very personable. I feel like the physicians listen and are good at articulating their thoughts and any recommendations or course of action. Scheduling/reception are friendly and it has been easy to schedule appointments. I feel lucky that we have found a pediatric office where we feel comfortable and confident with the care.
Long, long waits for appointments. Appointments are hurried. Patients aren't listened to. If your child doesn't respond to the diagnosis and treatment that takes the least effort then maybe you didn't do it right, or so I've been told. Information is sparse. Very few other choices thanks to consolidation. So ... just like all of Christus: healthcare, but worse.
Update: I finally get why people hate this clinic. They canceled and rescheduled my appointment, didn't tell me till I showed up for it, then tried to say it was my fault that I must've put down the wrong time when the call center told me their records show it was rescheduled by the clinic due to the doctor needing to not come in that day. The front desk guy was super rude to me through this whole situation. I'm a single mom and disruptions to my work schedule are a serious hardship for my family. Love the nurses and the Dr.s soon helpful and friendly.
I am personally traumatized as a mother because the woman that work here decided it’s ok to put down a single mother. I had to reschedule an appointment for my son because at the time his father specifically told me that when it comes to appointments, I had to make the appointments on the weeks I had him so I could take him.
