Dr. Chittum is absolutely amazing. She has been my children's pediatrician since they were infants, and she is always, always so attentive, thorough, kind and friendly. The ladies up front at check-in are also always so friendly and helpful, and work with me on trying to get my child's next appointment scheduled on a day and time that works best for me. Arroyo Chamiso Pediatric has been the primary care provider for all three of my children for several years. I'd like to give ZERO stars. We made an appointment for my child on Thursday. We were told she could come in today which is a Monday at 2pm. They told my husband that she was scheduled for August. This place is a joke. When you have people coming from about 40 min away and then turn them away, when you make mistakes without so much of an apology, is mind boggling. You should have made it right and one of your doctors should have seen her. My only friends are people with children and they will no longer be coming to this plac... read more
